actually,
bath christmas market is something i had not even heard of until this year. i went up for the first time ever a couple of days ago with my best friend. we actually drove from dorset and got a park and ride from lansdown, however there are only 3 park and rides throughout bath city. after our trip, i would recommend not relying on a park and ride, as we circled two of them and luckily were offered parking elsewhere for a fee before we managed to get on a bus. also, the train service is literally a five minute walk from the market itself, and, in my opinion easier to navigate. bath spa station is small, and you just follow everyone else and you'll soon find what you're looking for.
bath christmas market is a german- style christmas market that pops up from november 24th through until december 11th. it is beautiful and scattered around the abbey yard. each stall sells something a bit different, there is a stall that sells the most delicious berry cheese. stalls selling soups, sausage cobs (hot dogs), burgers, mulled wine, clothing, the most beautiful christmas decorations you will ever see. you name it, you can probably find it at bath market! it looks fantastic, here are some photos.
