Corner View: Trio

My favourite trio in the world would have to be my bosses three children.

A small unclear picture of the three of them, a bit wary of posting pictures of other people's children here.

The first two are little boys, named Jack and Liam. The eldest, Jack, has just finished his first year at school and Liam is about to start his first year this September.

The youngest of this trio is Emily, a nearly 3 year old little girl who is so adorable. She is super tiny, and doesn't talk very much yet, but understands perfectly, and tries to talk a lot. She chats to me and talks to herself. I had the shock of my life at the beginning of the week when I said, "See you later Emily" and she responded, "See you later" as clear as day.

Secretly Emily is my favourite (and I know I shouldn't have favourites) because she is the only girl, and because whenever she sees me she waits for me to cuddle her before she'll go anywhere. Adorable.

Whew, just made it in time to post my first Corner View in forever.

PS- thinking of small people, have you read this article How to Talk to Little Girls? It totally inspired me.

I too love little girls and bigger brothers :)
I saw that article mentioned somewhere, but I didn't save the link - do you happen to have it?

Francesca- if you hover over it, it will turn orange because I linked it there... need to change the colour of my links. If not here it is:

Heather- it's a link not a book, if you click the title of it, it should take you straight there. If not, the link is above.

Tania- thanks :D

just catching up here, i was holding my breathe over tiger! so glad everything is better now.

i think these children are lucky to have such a loving 'auntie' in their lives. it's okay to have a favorite i think, if you don't show it!

funny. the protagonist in the book i'm reading is trying to talk to a little girl, but she has a little trouble with that...

So sweet! I love the name Liam for a little boy :)

The article on How to Talk to Little Girls was amazing! It's so important to ask them what interests them instead of just commenting on how cute they are!
