Sunday Evening

This evening I took Tiger for a long walk, half way up Lillington Hill across the fields and past the car place on the outskirts of my village and back home. The sunlight was low by the time I left. The parents are away, and my brother and I are looking after the house, so we cleaned the entire thing this afternoon when I got home from work.

I am enjoying my evening on the sofa after a busy work weekend. Mike, my boss, has been around but not working. He's had a couple of family moments this weekend so I've been covering him. I usually work, but I did an early last night and worked through, I told him that an extra 45 minutes was not going to kill me. However, I underestimated this cold we all have (out of 6 people that are in the pub "full" time, 4 of us have it), and this morning I felt a bit rubbish and my temperature was sky high. Luckily my shift today was pretty simple, quiet enough to be simple but enough to keep us busy.

Tonight I am off work until Tuesday morning and deciding what I should do tomorrow. Waiting on a response from a friend to find out if she wants to do anything, if not I am thinking of possibly hopping on the train to Bristol to go shopping.... Hmm...
